Job summary

You will oversee LMS, CRM, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring security and regulatory compliance while collaborating with business teams to scale a high-growth fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Strong background in NBFC, Fintech, or Banking industry.
• Experience in building and scaling digital lending ecosystems.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of RBI/NHB regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to scale technology functions in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
