Job summary

PMS Consulting is seeking a visionary technology leader to define and execute the company's long-term technology roadmap, aligning technology strategy with business goals, lending objectives and growth plans.

You will advise the CEO/MD and senior management on technology investments and emerging technologies, drive modernization and digital transformation, and build a high‑performing technology organization across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology for LOS, LMS, Collections, CRM, ERP and digital lending platforms.
• Build scalable customer onboarding and digital loan journeys.
• Manage integrations with KYC providers, credit bureaus, GSTN, banks, payment gateways and other financial APIs.
• Improve automation across loan origination, underwriting, disbursement, repayment and collections.
• Design scalable enterprise and application architecture.
• Lead cloud strategy across AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, performance and business continuity.
• Establish DevOps, CI/CD, API and microservices best practices.
• Ensure RBI IT, cybersecurity, data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen information-security controls, monitoring and audit mechanisms.
• Work closely with CISO, Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit.
• Establish DR, BCP and incident-response frameworks.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML, analytics and automation.
• Enable data-driven credit decisioning, fraud detection and customer risk assessment.
• Build robust data platforms, dashboards and MIS systems.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology organization.
• Manage engineering, infrastructure, product technology, data and IT operations teams.
• Manage technology vendors, system integrators and strategic partners.
• Define SLAs, KPIs and technology governance mechanisms.
• Own the technology budget and optimize technology expenditure.
• Establish IT governance, SDLC, project management and technology-risk frameworks.
• Present technology strategy, risks and performance to senior management/Board.

• Establish effective DR, BCP and incident-response frameworks.

Data, AI & Analytics

• Drive adoption of AI/ML, advanced analytics and automation.
• Enable data-driven credit decisioning, fraud detection and customer risk assessment.
• Build robust data platforms, dashboards and MIS systems.

Team & Vendor Management

• Build and lead a high-performing technology organization.
• Manage engineering, infrastructure, product technology, data and IT operations teams.
• Manage technology vendors, system integrators and strategic partners.

Technology Governance & Budget

• Own the technology budget and optimize technology expenditure.
• Establish IT governance, SDLC, project management and technology-risk frameworks.
• Ensure timely delivery of critical technology projects.
• Present technology strategy, risks and performance to senior management/Board.
