Hiring "Chief Technology Officer" for a leading MNC Payment Services client in Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible to prepare and manage end to end Technology Roadmap.

- Architecting complete solutions which would involve interchange interfaces, security modules, customer engagement solution, enhancing monitoring solution & project management.

- Work with Product, Network and Operations Management teams to resolve day-to-day issues.

- Developing the best practices, policies & procedures.

- IT security, compliance & and security standards.

- Role will involve budget preparation and definition of IT costs.

- Managing stakeholders and helping to drive organizational strategy with the use of technology.

Desired Profile

Desired Profile :

- B.Tech / B.Tech with 12-15 years of leadership Technology experience in Payments / Credit Card Transaction Processing industry experience.

- Implementation experience of payment product.

- Familiarity with Mobile based payments.

- Strong process and project management skills as the role will involve assisting Business Units to roll out programs of work.
