Job summary

Eastman Cast & Forge Ltd. in Ludhiana is seeking a Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead security operations across our manufacturing plant, safeguarding personnel, assets and facilities.

You will design and implement security policies, oversee CCTV, access control, gate management, and emergency response, and coordinate with plant management on risk mitigation.

Qualification: Graduation; preferred background: ex-army personnel and manufacturing industry experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized institution.
• Experience in security, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall plant security operations, ensuring safety of personnel, assets, and premises
• Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and access control systems
• Manage security personnel, including deployment, training, and shift scheduling
• Oversee CCTV surveillance systems, gate management, and visitor/vendor entry protocols
• Handle material inward/outward security checks and prevent pilferage or unauthorized movement
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments across the plant premises
• Ensure compliance with statutory security and safety regulations
• Manage emergency response protocols, fire safety coordination, and crisis management
• Investigate security incidents, thefts, or breaches and implement corrective actions
