Job summary

The ideal candidate is an ex-serviceman with graduate qualification and 13–18 years of industrial security experience, capable of leading a team, coordinating procurement of security tools, and ensuring a culture of integrity

Qualifications

• Graduate (mandatory).
• Ex-Servicemen only.
• 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in industrial security and vigilance, preferably in iron & steel or heavy manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust security and vigilance strategies across the plant, offices, and logistics areas.
• Conduct surprise inspections, audits, and investigations to detect irregularities, pilferage, or violations of security protocols.
• Monitor CCTV systems, manage perimeter security, oversee GPS tracking, and supervise visitor management systems to maintain high surveillance standards.
• Perform risk assessments, control material flow, and coordinate procurement of security infrastructure such as fencing and monitoring equipment.
• Promote a culture of vigilance, safety, and accountability among employees, drivers, and support staff.
• Lead and support the security team, ensuring their training and awareness on security measures and safety practices.

The ideal candidate will strengthen both physical and digital security measures, conduct thorough vigilance checks, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and promote a culture of integrity and accountability throughout the organization.
