Location: Chennai | Industry: Residential Real Estate | \

Experience: 12–18 Years | Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years at CXO / Business Head / Functional Head level |

CTC: Up to 1 Crore + Performance Linked Variable per annum.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Business Strategy, P&L Management, Investor Relations and end to end Residential Real Estate operations, with exposure across Land Acquisition, Market Research, Operations, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance & Accounts, HR and Administration.

The role will involve driving overall business growth, profitability, operational excellence, project execution, revenue generation, strategic expansion and stakeholder management. Candidates with proven experience in managing promoters, investors, senior leadership teams and multiple cross functional functions, along with complete ownership of the residential real estate lifecycle, will be preferred. Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, leadership capability and execution orientation are essential.
