We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join the Bank as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in managing business growth, banking operations, business products and processes should be formulated and monitored, regulatory compliances, operations policy formulation, branch administration, risk and control frameworks, customer service, digital transformation initiatives, and overall operational efficiency. The candidate should have a proven track record in leading and managing banking operations and driving organizational growth.

The eligibility criteria to apply for the above post are as follows:

• Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), with at least 5 years in senior managerial roles handling banking operations, branch administration, business development, or related functions. Demonstrate proven track record in business continuity planning (BCP), fraud operations, operational risk mitigation, and vendor/third-party management.
