Key Responsibilities

• Lead new initiatives from idea to execution, including customer validation, planning, cross-functional coordination, launch, and rollout.
• Drive high-impact projects focused on business growth, performance improvement, customer retention, brand recall, NPS, and new category development.
• Support key business decisions through data analysis, structured problem-solving, and actionable insights.
• Track key business metrics, identify unusual trends or performance gaps, and recommend improvements across growth, profitability, and brand performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively and business goals are achieved.
• Engage directly with customers, store teams, and sales representatives to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, a startup, Founder's Office, business operations, or strategy roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex and ambiguous problems into clear action plans.
