Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with the C-Suite to drive key initiatives and align on vision.
• Create, manage, and maintain Jira tickets for projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Jira dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate internal communications.
• Act as a Project Manager for cross-functional programs across the org.
• Ensure processes are followed and documentation stays current.
• Support executive cadence: goal planning, reviews, and alignment.
• Prioritize calendar activities and represent the C-Suite in meetings.
• Lead weekly leadership meeting agendas and drive actions to completion.
• Brief the C-Suite on customer and stakeholder engagement strategies.

What You'll be Responsible for:

• Partner with the C-Suite and leadership team to drive key initiatives. Advocate and ensure alignment on vision and priorities.


• Create, manage, and maintain Jira tickets for projects, operational work and other initiatives.


• Develop and maintain Jira dashboards, reports, and operational metrics for leadership.


• Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars for leadership, and coordinate internal communications.


• Act as a Project Manager to provide support on cross-functional projects spanning the entire organization.


• Ensure operational processes are consistently followed and documentation remains current.


• Partner with the leadership team to ensure C-Suite readiness around regular business cadence, including goal planning, quarterly reviews, monthly operational metrics updates, and broader company-wide initiatives.


• Prioritize and maximize calendar activities and extend bandwidth of the C-Suite; act as their representative in internal and external meetings as needed.


• Create an agenda for and facilitate weekly leadership meetings. Track action items and drive them to completion.


• Brief the C-Suite and drive the customer and stakeholder engagement strategy, track progress on projects and ensure deliverables are completed as planned.


• Partner with key stakeholders to plan and execute executive and internal communications for C-Suite to drive strategic initiatives and operational priorities across the organization.


• Support change management and communication plans as necessary.


• Partner with key stakeholders to prioritize engagements (speaking and interview requests) and brief accordingly.


• Oversee customer engagement and participation in key industry events.


• Act as advisor on confidential matters and maintain a high level of discretion.


• Plan in market activation as required.

What You'll need to bring to Maropost

• 5+ years of experience in a business management role with 5 years spent in a small to mid-size business.


• Prior B2B SaaS experience is a prerequisite for this role.


• Executive presence, highly collaborative with a strong ability to prioritize.


• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a complex, matrixed, global organization.


• Affinity for building strong relationships and leading through influence.


• Excellent communication skills combined with a focus on execution and ability to delegate.


• Strong working knowledge of Jira, including issue creation, workflow management, dashboards, filters, and reporting.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.


• Demonstrated ability to coordinate various organizational projects and initiatives and manage cross-functional stakeholder groups.


• Change management savviness and an elevated level of comfort dealing with ambiguity.
