Job summary

HR Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad seeks a high-potential graduate (or final-year student) from IIT/NIT or IIM to partner with the CEO as a strategic thought partner. You will research, analyse, and structure key decisions, and help translate strategy into execution across the organisation.

You will gain cross-functional exposure across Strategy, Finance, HR, Growth and Marketing, while shaping business decisions, tracking KPIs, and supporting growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or final-year student) from IIT/NIT or premier management institute (IIM).
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.
• Comfort working directly with leadership on ambiguous, high-stakes problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO as a strategic thought partner, helping shape decisions and drive growth initiatives.
• Research, analyse, and structure key business decisions like where to grow, what to build, and which markets to enter.
• Support annual/quarterly strategy development and translate objectives into action plans.
• Drive growth and market expansion through research of new markets and opportunities.
• Evaluate new business ideas, build business cases and financial models, and coordinate cross-functional launches.
• Strengthen employer brand and help design team structures for growth.
• Drive digital initiatives for visibility and growth with the marketing team.
• Track industry trends and build insights/presentations for leadership.
• Lead projects from planning to execution with KPIs and tracking outcomes.

Work directly with the CEO as a strategic thought partner — helping shape business decisions, drive growth initiatives, and turn strategy into execution across the organisation. The candidate will work on a rotational basis across all areas of the organisation's work, gaining cross-functional exposure to Strategy, Finance, HR, Growth, and Marketing before specialising.

Strategic Partnership with the CEO

Help research, analyse, and structure key business decisions — where to grow, what to build, which markets to enter, and where to invest resources.

Business Strategy & Planning

Support annual/quarterly strategy development, analyse performance and market trends, and translate objectives into trackable action plans.

Growth & Market Expansion

Research new markets and opportunities; develop strategies for client acquisition, expansion, and new revenue streams.

New Business & Strategic Initiatives

Evaluate new business ideas, build business cases and financial models, and coordinate cross-functional launches.

Strengthen Career Experts' employer brand, support hiring strategy, and help design team structures for growth.

Digital & Marketing Initiatives

Drive digital initiatives for visibility and growth; work with marketing on content, campaigns, and LinkedIn presence.

Track industry trends and competitors; build insights and presentations for leadership.

Execution & Follow-Through

This is not a PowerPoint-only role — you'll drive projects from planning to execution, coordinating stakeholders, setting KPIs, and tracking outcomes.
