Be Well Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. invites an experienced medical leader to oversee the hospital's clinical and medical activities, ensuring top-tier patient care, safety, and outcome monitoring.

The role requires leadership of consultants and wards, and strategic guidance to management for service improvement. The ideal candidate will possess MBBS with TNMC registration and 8–10 years of senior clinical leadership experience, preferably with NABH exposure and hospital governance knowledge.

Qualifications

• MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid registration with Tamil Nadu Medical Council (TNMC) is mandatory.
• MD/MS or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the hospital's clinical and medical activities.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, clinical quality, and patient safety.
• Supervise consultants, DMO/MO teams and other medical staff.
• Monitor adherence to clinical protocols, hospital policies and medical standards.
• Conduct regular clinical rounds and review high-risk cases.
• Coordinate with department heads for smooth clinical operations.
• Handle clinical incidents, patient complaints, and medico-legal matters.
• Maintain medical records and clinical documentation.
• Monitor clinical quality indicators and patient outcomes.
• Support NABH compliance, audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate emergency and critical-care services.
• Conduct clinical meetings, audits and mortality/morbidity reviews.
• Support recruitment, training and performance evaluation of medical staff.
• Maintain coordination between medical team and hospital management.
• Ensure compliance with medical, ethical, legal and statutory requirements.
• Provide strategic medical guidance to management for improving hospital services.
