Job summary

Adeeshi Solutions is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to build and lead the in‑house marketing function from the ground up. This founder‑minded leadership role offers equity and revenue-sharing incentives rather than a fixed salary.

You will define strategy, brand, and demand gen, scale channels, and drive pipeline for consulting, engineering, and staff augmentation services, with active field presence in Delhi‑NCR and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building or scaling marketing functions in a B2B technology consulting, IT services, or software company.
• Strong track record in demand generation and brand-building with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Comfortable with equity-based compensation and performance-based incentives rather than fixed salary.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; able to build a function from scratch with lean resources.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to be actively present in Delhi-NCR for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Define and own marketing strategy, brand positioning, content, demand generation, lead generation, and digital presence.
• Build marketing channels (SEO, content, digital campaigns, events, partnerships) to drive pipeline.
• Partner with Client Partner and BD on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and partnerships in India and international markets.
• Build and lead a marketing team as the function scales; own budget, KPIs, and ROI.

About the Role

Adeeshi Solutions is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to build and lead our in-house marketing function from the ground up. This is a founder-mindset leadership rolefor someone who wants to build a brand, drive pipeline, and share meaningfully in the company's growth through an equity and performance-based compensation structure, not a fixed-salary position.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own Adeeshi Solutions' marketing strategy, brand positioning, content, demand generation, lead generation, and digital presence
• Build out marketing channels (SEO, content, digital campaigns, events, partnerships) to drive qualified pipeline for our consulting, engineering services, and staff augmentation services
• Partner closely with the Client Partner and business development function on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
• Represent Adeeshi Solutions externally at industry events, client meetings, and partnership discussions across Indian and international markets
• Build and lead a marketing team as the function scales
• Own marketing budget, KPIs, and ROI reporting directly to founding leadership

Compensation Structure

This role is structured as equity + commission-based compensation, designed for a growth leader whose upside is directly tied to Adeeshi Solutions' revenue and business growth. Exact equity percentage, vesting schedule, and commission structure will be discussed and finalized directly with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.
