Euronet Software Solutions in Thane, India, seeks a seasoned Chief Manager – Integration (Production Support) to lead end-to-end production support for card and switch domains. You will own incident response, performance optimization, and change management, interfacing with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

The role requires deep prepaid card operations knowledge, strong SQL skills, and a track record of managing large production environments.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech degree in a relevant field.
• 12–15 years of experience in card/payment production support.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills.
• Experience with incident management and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage end-to-end production support operations across the Card and Switch domain, ensuring high availability, stability, and seamless performance of all card systems.
• Monitor and resolve day-to-day issues related to authorization, settlement, chargebacks, and reconciliation across card platforms.
• Act as the primary escalation point for incident management, ensuring timely analysis, root-cause identification, and permanent fixes.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Issuer/Acquirer Operations, IT Infrastructure, Network, Vendor Support, Fraud & Risk, and Business Teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, audit observations, and internal control processes within the card ecosystem.
• Oversee changes, releases, and patches, ensuring minimal production impact through structured change management.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution, product enhancements, and performance tuning.
• Drive automation and process improvements to optimize support efficiency and reduce recurring issues.
• Prepare and manage operational dashboards, service metrics, and management reports for leadership review.

Job Description:

Job Location: Thane, India

Required skillset:

• Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Prepaid Card operations, including wallet/card loading, hedging, transaction processing, and refund lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of card domain technologies such as Switches, Card Management Systems (CMS), Prepaid Platforms, and Network Interfaces (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay/UPI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact confidently with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with production monitoring tools, log analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage critical incidents, and ensure timely service restoration.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries for production investigations, data validation, and analytics.

• Technical Certifications will be an advantage
