Job summary

Zenith HR Solutions seeks a seasoned Chief Manager – IT System Integrator in Pune to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure integration for large-scale real estate and smart building projects.

You will oversee BMS, IoT, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), networking, and cybersecurity, manage vendors and project delivery, and drive commissioning and handover with strong stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration, networking or enterprise technology projects.
• Engineering degree in IT, Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in real estate, construction, smart buildings, corporate campuses, technology parks or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of BMS, IoT, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), networking and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing system integrators, technology vendors, technical procurement, project delivery and commissioning.

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure integration for large-scale real estate and smart building projects.

We are looking for a Chief Manager – IT System Integrator to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure integration for large-scale real estate, construction and smart building projects. The role involves integrating Building Management Systems (BMS), IoT, cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications and networking, while managing technology vendors, project execution, testing, commissioning and handover.

What We’re Looking For

10–12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration, networking or enterprise technology projects.

Engineering degree in IT, Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience in real estate, construction, smart buildings, corporate campuses, technology parks or large infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of BMS, IoT, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), networking and cybersecurity.

Experience managing system integrators, technology vendors, technical procurement, project delivery and commissioning.

Strong expertise in stakeholder management, project planning, risk management and cross-functional coordination.

Cloud, networking or project management certifications such as AWS, Azure, Cisco, PMP or ITIL would be an advantage.
