Job summary

Mindtel is seeking a Senior IT System Integration Project Manager in India to lead end-to-end integration projects across ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, and legacy systems, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, and govern SDLC/Agile/Waterfall workflows with a strong focus on API-first integrations and data migration.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical integration specifications.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across IT, business units, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT system integration projects from scoping to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Translate business requirements into technical integration specs and align stakeholders across IT and business units.
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, solution architects, QA engineers, and client SMEs.
• Implement and enforce governance across SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall with risk tracking and change control.
• Oversee API-first integrations, middleware configurations (ESB, iPaaS), and data migration across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Conduct UAT planning, defect triage, and cutover readiness reviews to ensure zero-disruption transitions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT system integration projects—from scoping and vendor coordination to deployment and post-go-live support—ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
