• Manage governance forums, escalations, and joint business planning
• Strengthen and expand the partnership across bank verticals
• Design and roll out incentive programmes, contests, and engagement activities
• Monitor branch-wise, product-wise, and RM-wise productivity; identify and close gaps
• Manage the insurance programme office — training calendars, licensing, lead management systems, and service SLAs
• Provide MIS, dashboards, and business reviews to senior leadership and the bank partner
