Job summary

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the insurer and the bank partner at a senior level.
• Manage governance forums, escalations, and joint business planning.
• Strengthen and expand the partnership across bank verticals.
• Design and roll out incentive programmes, contests, and engagement activities.
• Monitor branch-wise, product-wise, and RM-wise productivity; identify and close gaps.
• Manage the insurance programme office — training calendars, licensing, lead management systems, and service SLAs.
• Provide MIS, dashboards, and business reviews to senior leadership and the bank partner.
