Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and monitor KPIs for the ICICI Bank SC Channel to track performance.
• Drive initiatives to improve premium growth, channel productivity, and market share.
• Analyze channel performance via MIS dashboards, reports, and data analytics to identify trends and gaps.
• Publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS, scorecards, and dashboards for senior management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Technology, and Compliance teams for strategic execution.
• Prepare channel presentations, business reviews, and decks with insights and action plans.
• Track achievement of targets and channel deliverables, ensuring timely priorities.
• Support rollout of new products, campaigns, and processes across the SC Channel.
• Provide analytical insights to improve channel efficiency, profitability, and customer acquisition.
• Handle ad-hoc data analysis, reports, and management requests for decision-making.
• Monitor process adherence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the channel.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and close escalations.
• Drive automation and continuous process improvement for reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Support business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic projects for the SC Channel.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
