Job summary

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance seeks a senior partnership manager to act as the primary liaison between the insurer and the bank partner. The role includes governance, escalations, and joint planning to align strategic initiatives and performance.

You will strengthen and expand the partnership across bank verticals, design incentive programmes, monitor productivity, and oversee the insurance programme office (training calendars, licensing, lead systems, SLAs).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the insurer and the bank partner at a senior level
• Manage governance forums escalations, and joint business planning
• Strengthen and expand the partnership across bank verticals
• Design and roll out incentive programmes, contests, and engagement activities
• Monitor branch-wise, product-wise, and RM-wise productivity; identify and close gaps
• Manage the insurance programme office — training calendars, licensing(IRDAI/regulatory certification of bank staff), lead management systems, and service SLAs
• Provide MIS, dashboards, and business reviews to senior leadership and the bank partner
