Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring

• Lead recruitment for academic, administrative and senior leadership positions.
• Develop strong talent pipelines for critical institutional roles.
• Drive strategic talent hunting and executive search initiatives.
• Strengthen employer branding, recruitment outreach and candidate engagement.
• Leverage professional networks for senior and leadership hiring.

Strategic HR Leadership

• Lead HR strategy, workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership on HR strategy and institutional development.
• Develop and implement progressive HR policies, systems and processes.
• Establish effective performance management frameworks aligned with institutional objectives.
• Drive workforce analytics and data-driven HR decision-making.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, contracts, probation, appraisals and employee separation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations, statutory requirements and university policies.
• Drive HR process improvement and standardisation.
• Lead HR digitisation initiatives, including ERP/HRMS optimisation and HR analytics.
