Job summary

Personnel Search Services Group in Bengaluru is seeking a finance professional to help shape the company's future plans, review budgeting, and forecast performance.

You will manage statutory compliance, strengthen inventory reconciliation processes, and work with the Founder on cost optimization and eventual IPO preparation.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have strong financial planning and budgeting skills.
• Experience with statutory compliance, audits, and bookkeeping.
• Proven ability to optimize costs and manage banking relationships.
• Experience in IPO readiness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing future plans by reviewing business plans, budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage internal statutory compliance - Audit, Bookkeeping, other statutory work.
• Build a strong system on Inventory reconciliation since inventory is critical.
• Work on financial projections and collaborate with the Founder to minimize costs.
• Manage relationships with banks to optimize inventory-related costs.
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
• Assist the Founder with IPO readiness at a later stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the company's future plans by reviewing its business plan, financial and tax strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage internal statutory compliance - Audit, Bookkeeping, other statutory work.
• Build a very strong system on Inventory reconciliation, since inventory is super precious in this business.
• Work on financial projections and work with the CEO, to ensure the costs are minimum and align with the business plans.
• Manage relationships with banks and leverage it, since inventory is one of their major costs.
• Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks. Analyse and manage the organization's liabilities and investments.
• At a later stage, should have the capability to assist them with an IPO by working closely with the Founder.
