The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial strategy and operations for an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) power (solar, wind, other) company. This individual will manage financial planning, risk management, investment strategies, and compliance to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in financial leadership within the EPC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
• Advise the CEO and executive team on strategic financial matters.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

• Oversee preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure adherence to Kenyan financial laws, taxation, and reporting requirements.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across operations and projects.
• Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Funding & Investment Management:

• Lead capital-raising initiatives, including debt and equity financing.
• Develop and manage investment strategies to optimize cash flow and asset utilization.
