Job summary

Inukapartners partners with a fast-scaling utility-scale renewables platform to appoint a CFO who will lead the finance function across Southern Africa. Based in Johannesburg, you will own strategy, reporting and lender relationships, and work with the CEO and board on capital raising while building a high-performing finance team in an emerging markets environment.

The role requires CA(SA)/ACA, 12+ years in energy or infrastructure, and a proven track record in project finance and debt

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with deep experience in energy/infrastructure.
• Proven ability to structure debt and manage lender relationships.
• Experience building and mentoring finance teams.

The opportunity

Our client is an independent power producer with a growing portfolio of wind and solar assets across Southern Africa. Backed by long-term infrastructure capital, the platform is entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a CFO to build an institutional-grade finance function.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CA(SA), ACA or equivalent)
