Job summary

Venus Renewables in India seeks a visionary Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations, shape strategy, and drive long-term growth. You will partner with the CEO and Board to oversee planning, reporting, risk management, and capital allocation.

You will manage liquidity, capital raises, and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance while building robust internal controls. The role requires strong leadership, board-ready communication, and a track record of scaling companies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• at least 35 years in a CFO or VP of Finance role.
• CPA & CMA credentials are highly preferred.
• Proven success in scaling companies, managing capital raises, or navigating mergers and acquisitions.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial software ecosystems.
• Exceptional leadership, high EI, and strong board-level communication.

Responsibilities
