DealHub Ltd. seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its Finance & Accounts, taxation, treasury, and financial strategy in the Real Estate sector.

The ideal candidate must have CA qualification with 25+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record in overseeing regulatory compliance and financial planning. You will shape financial strategy, budgets, forecasts, and business plans, manage cash flow, and liaise with banks, investors, and the Board to support expansion

• Proven ability to drive cost optimisation and compliance across regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounts function and provide strategic financial leadership.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Oversee financial reporting, MIS, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and fund management.
• Lead FP&A, funding, banking relationships, and financial structuring for growth.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, RERA and related regulations.

Location: Greater Noida West

We are looking for an experienced CFO with strong expertise in the Real Estate sector, capable of leading the organisation's complete finance, accounts, taxation, treasury, and financial strategy functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function and provide strategic financial leadership. Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

Oversee financial reporting, MIS, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and fund management. Lead financial planning and analysis to support business growth and decision-making. Oversee project finance, funding, banking relationships, and financial structuring. Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, RERA, and other regulatory requirements.

Manage internal and statutory audits and ensure strong financial controls. Drive cost optimisation, risk management, and process improvement. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, investors, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board and Senior Management. Support business expansion, acquisitions, investments, and corporate restructuring.

Only candidates with Real Estate industry experience will be preferred. Minimum 25+ years of relevant experience required.
