– Ensure statutory compliance.

– Oversee treasury, cash management, banking, fund raising, borrowing and investments.

– As the Chief Financial Officer based in Chennai, you will serve as the primary financial architect for the organization, steering the company’s fiscal health and long-term economic strategy. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO, and external stakeholders, including investors and banking partners, to translate business goals into actionable financial roadmaps.

– Your day-to-day will involve overseeing complex treasury operations, ensuring rigorous compliance, and leading high-stakes fund-raising initiatives.
