Job summary

Quess Global Recruitment Services in Mumbai seeks a CFO to lead finance, strategy, and treasury for a listed technology sector client. The role drives budgeting, long‑range planning, profitability targets and capital allocation decisions with direct CEO/Board engagement.

You will oversee cash flows, tax, and financing, while partnering with sales, delivery, procurement and operations to optimize value creation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience with a listed company, technology OEMs/distributors, large enterprise customers.
• Strong accounting, taxation, treasury and financial management.
• Understands how an IT SI actually makes money.
• Can convert financial information into business decisions.
• Strong customer, OEM, distributor, bank and vendor negotiation skills.
• Able to lead finance while influencing sales, delivery, procurement and operations.

We have the role of a CFO with our Client in Mumbai location.

The details are below:

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead annual operating plan, budgeting and long-range financial planning.
• Develop revenue, EBITDA, cash-flow and profitability targets.
• Develop scenario planning for growth, slowdown, acquisitions and major investments.
• Provide financial insights to CEO, Board and business leaders.
• Establish visibility into profitability by profitability analysis, Salesperson/account profitability, Daily/weekly cash-flow monitoring, Accounts receivable management, Customer credit limits, DSO reduction, Collection forecasting, Vendor payment management, OEM credit utilization, Customer payment terms, Commercial terms, Tax implications, foreign exchange exposure and others.
• Help CEO/Board decide where to invest, where to grow and where to stop.
• Should manage surplus corporate cash by investing it in stocks, bonds, mutual funds, fixed deposits, government securities or other assets so that the company has a financial safety cushion.

Experience:
