Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be from IT industry with CXO exposure.
• CA qualification mandatory and CA knowledge of IPO compliance.
• Experience in listed company and investor relations, fund raising.
• Minimum 5 years experience as CFO in leadership role.

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Manage financial reporting and compliance.
