Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall financial strategy.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
• Oversee cash flow management, treasury, working capital optimisation, fund management, and banking relationships.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and board-level financial presentations.
• Drive statutory audits, taxation, financial compliance, and regulatory reporting while maintaining robust internal controls.
• Oversee finance-related legal and statutory compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process improvement, and enhanced financial efficiency.
• Leverage ERP systems, financial automation, and business intelligence tools to strengthen financial processes and reporting.
• Build, lead, and mentor the finance team while strengthening governance and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the IT/ITES, BPO, BPM, or technology-enabled services industry is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in financial management, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and contribute to business growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
