Job summary

B2N Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a seasoned finance leader to steer strategic financial direction for growth and profitability across our manufacturing footprint.

You will partner with the CEO and Board on key financial decisions, while overseeing accounting, taxation, audits and capital structuring. Tamil fluency is mandatory for effective stakeholder engagement and leadership across the group.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA / CMA with 15+ years of experience leading finance in manufacturing
• At least 8 years in textile/garment sector
• Fluency in Tamil is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial direction to support growth and profitability goals.
• Align financial planning with corporate vision and IPO roadmap.
• Partner with the CEO and Board on financial decisions and capital structuring.
• Oversee all accounting, taxation, banking, audit, and finance functions across group.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books in a timely and accurate manner.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Drive cost optimization and working capital efficiency across the group.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Direct/Indirect Taxes, Companies Act).
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit completion.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls to mitigate risk.
