Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the integrity of financial processes, and driving financial strategy. The CFO plays a key role in managing the company's financial planning, risk management,

record-keeping, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors to guide the company strategic decisions.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and execute the company financial strategy. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to align with company goals.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks. Ensure compliance with regulations and manage internal controls.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, and present financial results to senior management and stakeholders.
• Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Manage the companys cash flow, investment strategies, and banking relationships to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and monitor budgets, controlling operational costs, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Manage fundraising initiatives, including debt and equity financing. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and financial institutions.
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Lead financial due diligence and integration for mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
• Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of taxes and compliance with legal regulations in all jurisdictions where the company operates.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous development and alignment with the organizations goals.
• ERP System Oversight: Oversee the implementation and management of financial systems to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Professional certifications such as CA/ ICWA highly desirable,
• Experience: Minimum 18+ years of experience in senior financial roles, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent leadership role.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing companies is a plus. --
