Job summary

Mavenbmc Faridabad invites a visionary Chief Executive Officer to steer its Ayurveda and wellness business. You will own the P&L, shape strategy, and drive growth and profitability in domestic and international markets.

Lead development and commercialization of Ayurvedic medicines, herbal products, nutraceuticals, personal care, and wellness solutions, partnering with R&D, formulation, and regulatory teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

• Own complete P&L, revenue, profitability, cash flow, and business performance.
• Lead the development and commercialization of Ayurvedic medicines, herbal products, nutraceuticals, personal care, wellness and healthcare solutions.
• Drive new product development (NPD) in collaboration with Ayurveda doctors, R&D, formulation, quality and regulatory teams.
• Ensure products are developed in accordance with Ayurvedic principles, applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Build and strengthen the company's brand positioning in domestic and international markets.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies across retail, distributors, e-commerce, D2C, institutional and wellness channels.
