Job summary

Eminence HR in Chennai seeks a visionary CEO to drive overall business operations across FMCG, hotels, restaurants and hospitality. You will shape strategy, oversee all functions, and lead senior leadership to deliver growth and profitability.

The role requires 15–23 years of leadership experience, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication. Immediate joining is preferred; CTC up to 25 LPA. This is a high-impact, on-site leadership position with broad stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 15 to 23 years of leadership and operations experience.
• Senior operational/leadership role experience.
• FMCG experience preferred.
• Candidates from Hotels, Restaurants or Hospitality industries are preferred.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, strategic planning and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team-management abilities.
