The Chess Coach will deliver structured, in-person coaching sessions to learners of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, at BKCC’s Bengaluru center. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, explaining key concepts and strategies, analyzing games, providing individualized feedback, and preparing students for tournaments and competitive play. The role also involves monitoring player progress, maintaining a positive and inclusive training environment, and collaborating with the BKCC team to refine curricula and organize chess events. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, requiring regular weekday and occasional weekend availability aligned with class and tournament schedules.
