Katyayani Organics Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks an experienced Formulation Chemist – Crop Protection with strong hands-on expertise in pesticide formulation and commercial-scale production.

You will lead development and optimization of EC/SC/SL/WP/WDG formulations and coordinate across R&D, Production and QA/QC teams. The role requires 7–12 years of hands-on agrochemical formulation experience, deep knowledge of formulation development and scale-up, as well as skills in emulsification, dispersion,

Qualifications

7–12 years of hands-on experience in pesticide/agrochemical formulation
Strong knowledge of formulation development and scale-up
Practical experience with EC, SC, SL, WP, WDG or similar formulations
Knowledge of emulsification, dispersion, stability & compatibility
Strong troubleshooting and chemical-handling knowledge

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize EC, SC, SL, WP, WDG and related formulations
Conduct lab trials, formulation testing and stability studies
Troubleshoot formulation, quality and production issues
Collaborate with R&D, Production and QA/QC teams
Provide technical guidance to production operators
Support development of new and existing crop-protection products
