Job summary

Purechase India in Gujarat is seeking a lead for agrochemical formulation tech transfer from lab to pilot and commercial scale.

You will optimize processes, prepare SOPs, resolve scale-up issues, and coordinate with R&D, QC and Production while managing costing, equipment mapping and team performance, ensuring timely delivery. Experience in Agro-Formulation and scale-up is mandatory.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech Chemical or MTech with 6–12 years of experience in agrochemical formulation.
• Agro-Formulation experience is mandatory and scale-up/tech transfer exposure is essential.
• Hands-on expertise in SC, EC, WP, WDG, ME and Microencapsulation.
