Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products per approved test methods.
• Prepare and standardize chemical reagents, solutions, buffers, and reference standards with proper labeling, storage, and expiry control.
• Operate, calibrate, and perform routine verification of laboratory instruments (pH Meter, Weighing Balance, Refractometer, Moisture Analyzer, Muffle Furnace, Kjeldahl Apparatus, Titration Equipment).
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely completion of laboratory testing within defined turnaround times.
• Prepare and maintain Test Reports, COAs, Worksheets, Logbooks, Calibration/Verification Records, Reagent Records, SOPs and other QC documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GLP, GMP, FSSAI/FSSC requirements, and Data Integrity practices.
• Investigate abnormal/OOS results, perform/root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory operations.
• Follow plant and laboratory safety procedures, including safe chemical handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory waste.
