Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a QA Executive in Gujarat to manage change controls, deviations, CVA processes, and QMS documentation. The role involves reviewing investigation reports, coordinating internal audits, and handling batch records for finished products and intermediates.

The candidate will ensure GMP-compliant operations, issue protocols for material analysis, and oversee labeling, SOP distribution, and master file maintenance. Strong attention to quality and regulatory standards is essential.

Responsibilities

To assign control number of Change control, Deviation, CAPA, OOS, OOT etc.
To handle QMS related documents and its applicable Quality trends.
To review investigation reports for deviation, OOS, OOT, OOE & Market Complaint.
To coordinate for Internal Audit.
To Issue and retrieve of Batch Production Record and Equipment Cleaning Record for all finished products and intermediates.
To issue finished product label to production and maintain reconciliation record for the same.
To issue protocols for analysis of raw material, intermediates and finished products.
Take facility round and check in process sample, online monitoring of plant activity and its compliance as per GMP.
To perform dispatch related activity with co-ordination of QC, production, warehouse.
To prepare and review of all SOP’s.
To review filled batch production record and equipment cleaning records of finished products and intermediates.
To review filled analytical protocols of finished products and intermediates.
To filled customer questionnaires and review quality agreement.
To distribute approved standard operating procedures and standard testing procedures to all concerned departments and retrievals.
To Prepare/Review product labels in bartender application software.
To keep all the master files and Logbooks on their dedicated place.
To aware about food safety, Feed safety, legality and quality in related to all activities.
To perform activity assigned by QA head in timely manner.
