Job summary

JAC Recruitment International in Bangalore is seeking a proactive Chemical Sourcing Executive / Sr. Executive with 2–5 years of experience to manage sourcing and procurement of specialty chemicals, pharma intermediates, solvents and raw materials.

You will lead vendor development, RFQ management, price negotiations, and end-to-end purchase order processing, while ensuring cost optimization and uninterrupted supply across the procurement lifecycle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new suppliers for chemicals and raw materials.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and procurement.
• Convert Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders.
• Conduct price comparisons, cost analysis, and market intelligence for chemical commodities.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and supply agreements.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders for timely deliveries.
• Track orders from PO placement through dispatch and delivery.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, delivery, compliance, and cost.
• Maintain sourcing database, vendor records, quotations, and procurement documentation.
• Support import/export sourcing activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
