Role & responsibilities

Villa kitchen Management

• Oversee and coordinate sections such as the saucier, saucier/meat, or pastry station.
• Prepare, cook, and plate high-quality dishes according to the Corporate Chef's recipes.
• Keep the designated workspace clean, organized, and fully stocked before and during service.

Inventory and Stock Control

• Monitor stock levels and manage raw ingredients for the assigned station.
• Place timely orders and properly store unused items to reduce food waste.
