Veedee Solutions LLP in Maharashtra is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team, specializing in Chinese, Indian, and Continental cuisines. The CDP will manage an assigned section, ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards, and plan mise en place for daily service.

You will supervise junior staff, coordinate with the Sous Chef and other sections, uphold food safety and SOPs, and train team members.

Formación

• Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, QSRs, catering, or institutional kitchens.

You will plan daily mise en place and ensure timely food production while monitoring ingredient usage, portion control, and stock levels to minimize wastage. Additionally, you will guide junior chefs and coordinate with the Sous Chef and other kitchen sections to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs, as well as training team members and ensuring adherence to recipes. To be successful in this role, you should possess a diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts, along with strong knowledge of the assigned cuisine and cooking techniques. Previous experience handling a kitchen section independently is essential, as well as good leadership, coordination, and time-management skills. Candidates should have relevant experience in hotels, restaurants, QSRs, catering, or institutional kitchens, and must be flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
