Job summary

Marvel King is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to independently manage the company’s complete Accounts & Finance function in Gurugram, Haryana. The role requires ownership of day-to-day accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet, inventory accounting, statutory compliance, cash flow management, MIS, reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with ownership of accounts and finance function.
• 3–5 years, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review TB, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, gross profit, margins, and major cost heads.
• Maintain sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, journals, and ledgers.
• Ensure timely reconciliations of customer, vendor, bank and other ledgers.
• Maintain stock records for RM, WIP, FG; reconcile inventory in TallyPrime.

Job description

• looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to independently manage the companys complete Accounts & Finance function.
• The person will have full ownership of day to day accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet, inventory accounting, statutory compliance, cash flow, MIS, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, gross profit, net profit, margins, and major cost heads.
• Maintain complete sales, purchase, expense, receipt, payment, journal, and ledger accounting.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of customer, vendor, bank, and other ledger accounts and bank reconciliation and monitor all banking transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, purchases, sales, stock transfers, consumption, and closing stock.
• Regularly reconcile physical inventory with Tally Prime stock records and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare product-wise / category-wise profitability and margin analysis, wherever required.
• Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, inventory levels, and cash requirements.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment and documentation for all financial transactions.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Hands-on experience in TallyPrime Inventory Management.
• Manage RM, WIP, and FG inventory, Able to handle stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
• Maintain stock groups, stock items, units, and godowns/locations and experience with purchase and sales entries linked with inventory.
• Generate and analyze inventory/stock reports in TallyPrime, including stock valuation, movement, consumption, and reconciliation reports.
• 3-5 years, preferably in manufacturing
