Automation Technical Services in Jamshedpur invites a CA-qualified finance professional to lead day-to-day accounting and compliance workflows. The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, statutory adherence, and robust internal controls.

You will oversee budgeting, MIS, cash flow, and collaboration with auditors and banks, while guiding a small F&A team in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with post-qualification experience 1-3 years.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering/infrastructure sectors preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations.
• Prepare and review monthly MIS, financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Review accounting entries, invoices, payments and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks and other stakeholders.
• Support management in financial analysis, costing and business decisions.
• Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
• Monitor receivables, payables and overall financial discipline.
• Guide and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• 1-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of accounting, financial reporting and taxation.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, steel or similar industries will be preferred.
• Good analytical, communication and team-handling skills.
• Candidates willing to work from Jamshedpur are preferred.
