Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports as per accounting standards.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting of financial transactions.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management.
• Implement cost control measures to improve financial efficiency.
• Handle tax planning, filings, and returns while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting laws, taxation policies, and financial regulations.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide insights on cost reduction, profitability, and financial performance.
• Ensure timely audits (statutory, internal, and external) and compliance with company policies.
• Identify financial risks and implement internal controls to mitigate them.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for financial assessments and reporting.
• Manage banking transactions, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
