Job summary

Tata International in Mumbai, India seeks a consolidation specialist to manage quarterly consolidation of financials for all subsidiaries. The role emphasizes uniform chart of accounts, reconciliation of goodwill and minority interests, and ensuring timely consolidation deliverables.

As part of the team, you will support IFRS/Ind-AS compliance, coordinate statutory and internal audits, and assist in finalizing standalone financial statements in assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Experience of 3-5 years post qualification.
• Domain expertise (Accounting and consolidation, thorough knowledge of Ind-AS and working knowledge of IFRS)
