Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).
• Handle tax planning, GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other statutory compliances.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely audit completion.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize costs, improve profitability, and support growth.
• Monitor cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership from ICAI.
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or finance.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting/ERP software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in [industry – e.g., manufacturing, IT services, consulting, fintech].
• Prior experience in handling audits or working with Big 4 firms.
• Knowledge of international tax or transfer pricing is a plus.
