Job summary

CNB Finwiz Pvt Ltd. is seeking a qualified CA to manage the accounting department, finalize financial statements, and handle tax filings. The role involves maintaining books in Tally, bank reconciliations, and coordinating with auditors and tax consultants. Knowledge of drafting and pleading is a plus.

The candidate should be CA qualified with strong accounting and statutory compliance exposure. This is a full-time on-site position based in Sector 10, Uttar Pradesh.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department
• Finalize balance sheet and profit & loss accounts
• Prepare and file TDS returns and MIS reports
• Maintain day-to-day books in Tally
• Handle bank reconciliations and reconciliation of debtors and creditors
• Calculate monthly GST and TDS filings
• Liaise with statutory auditors and tax consultants
• Coordinate with banks
• Draft pleadings and related drafting tasks
• Stay updated with latest amendments and provisions under relevant statutes

Role & responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Finalization of Balance sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
• Preparation & filling of TDS Return and Preparation of MIS.
• Maintain day to day books of accounts in Tally.
• Maintain Bank Reconciliation Statement and Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors..
• Calculation of Monthly GST & TDS filing return.
• Liaising with Statutory Auditors
• Liaisoining with Tax Consultants
• Dealing with Banks
• Working knowledge of Drafting and Pleading
• Interpretation and representation skill
• Updated with latest amendments and provisions of relevant statute.
