Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
• Coordinate audits with internal and statutory auditors.
• Manage taxation, including tax planning and filing returns.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial reporting.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
