You will drive financial reporting, budgeting, MIS, and treasury functions while ensuring statutory compliance and impactful cost optimization. This role demands strong analytical abilities and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, handicrafts, home dcor, furniture, textile, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, accounting, costing, inventory, MIS, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, cash flow, and working capital activities.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, statutory compliances, and tax reconciliations.
• Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, material consumption, and profitability analysis.
• Monitor payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, and overall financial controls.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities.
• Support management in cost optimization, financial planning, risk management, and business decision-making.
