Job summary

Responsibilities include MIS reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, month-end and year-end closures, and ensuring internal controls and audits are conducted smoothly.

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 1520 professionals
• Ability to oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple business units and senior management
• Experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and month-end/year-end closing
• Ability to streamline processes, implement controls, and improve operational efficiency
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
• Capable of handling internal, statutory, tax, and other regulatory audits independently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
